• All ready to ship items will ship within 2-4 business days from your order.

• All items will be shipped to the address linked to your order.

• If you need something by a specific date you’re welcome to email ivyandtwineprops@gmail.com or send a private message on the Facebook business page.

• First Class packages will arrive within 5-6 business days. Depending on your location, it may be as soon as 2-3 business days. Delivery confirmation is provided on First Class packages. This is not to be confused with TRACKING. Packages may or may not be scanned in at various stopping points along the USPS route, yet they are scanned at the final destination of delivery. 

• Delivery time for First Class International packages varies by destination. Most customers receive their packages within 10-14 business days, however some destinations can take up to four weeks or even longer. 

• All duty fees or taxes incurred at customs for INTERNATIONAL packages are the responsibility of the customer. Due to legalities, we cannot mark packages as gifts or lower their value. 

• Ivy & Twine is not responsible for a package not arriving on time. Once it is dropped off at the postal carrier it is no longer in our hands as to when the packages arrives.
